  1. Who tf said “friends and family” are ALWAYS better than professional help?

Does the person who wrote this article realize that physchologists are in this world for a reason?
“dOnt shAre thIngS wiTh physcholOgists becAuse theyLL expOse your secreTs.”

Do you know that the #1 rule of therapy is that everything remains discreet? (That’s the PROFESSIONAL rule.)

Please do your homework before writing an article.

You should be encouraging people to seek out help, since it’s a better place than backstabbing friends who are never there for you before you leave this world. Or a family that drains you, and overrides your boundaries.

  2. Reading your article helped me a lot and I agree with you. But I still have some doubts, can you clarify for me? I’ll keep an eye out for your answers.
