Subscription is made easier by PTCL, all you have to do is call 1218 for new connection or you can visit nearest PTCL stop shop.
You can also order via their website although it is not user friendly but you can order if you do not want to call or visit.

Back in time I used to think what has happened to PTCL’s marketing peeps, but when I saw streamers on the all main roads, design, social media marketing etc.
Now, I must say there is true hard work behind all this. Although I have few free suggestions for the team;
- Why not marketing on the website? There should be pop up of Naya Network whoever opens the website.
- No email marketing? Trends have changed, please send an email to all old customers that your network has been upgraded and share some handsome discounts, so that they could move to your network.
- Word of mouth? What happened to sales team who deals with corporate customers?
- Pay me for more suggestions. 😉
