It was marketed on social media and around the twin cities, many people have invested in their files but unfortunately Rawalpindi Development Authority has cancelled their NOC.
It was mentioned in the ads that society has approximately one lac kanal land but after verification only 1300 kanal land is under the ownership of the society.
About Blue World City Islamabad:
It is the project of Blue World Group of Pakistan in collab with Shan Jian Miniciple Engineering of china. Both the parties signed MOU for the development of the project.
It was well planned which contained 5,7,10 marla plots and multiple kanal plots.
Blue World City location:
It is located at Chakri interchange and will connect Rawalpindi via ring road.
What next?
Now the investor are wondering how to get that money back, although still we see the ads of the fake society, many people still selling files.
Please inform your friends and family that this society is built on fraud, now all the people investors should wait for the approval of the society else do not invest.
