The city is Sindh’s emerging city which is growing rapidly as it connects thousands of villages in Sindh. It is becoming next big economical city of Sindh after Karachi, Hyderabad and Nawabshah.
It is quite famous due to Barrage, Landstown Pull and IBA. There are also other historical places but we shall discuss those later in other blogs.

Arif Builder is located near City Point and besides Top Heart Hospital along with famous medical college GMMC and Queen Mary School.
It has approx 5 phases 1-5. It consists of different sized of houses starting from 80 Gz to 300 Gz Plots.

Now this is famous due to known political leader Mr. Khursheed Shah. It is backside of IBA. In this society mostly house sizes are bigger and obviously expensive.

It starts from Rs. 1500 and goes to 100s of thousands depending on location.
House on rent is easy to find in new developing societies where there is still low population.
In the city you may find expensive flats due to availability of different things but in developing areas you can find very affordable flats on rent.

Buy and Sell in is one of top businesses currently, almost 1 out of 10 persons may be dealing buy and sell of property, directly or indirectly.

If you want to build your own house with your own map, you can find plots too in prime locations of town. It is still cheaper to build house there instead of developed cities like Karachi or Islamabad.
