US and Taliban war ends after 18 years.

Who is not aware about the longest war in the world history? Everyone knows about it, this war has come to an end finally.

Pakistan has played vital role in uniting U.S. and Taliban with peace deal. Both of them have praised the Pakistani role in peace making.

As per the reports of APP:

After signing peace agreement U.S. will begin to withdraw thousands of forces which are available in Afghanistan right now. This agreement with Taliban militants is sign of an end to America’s longest war in the history.

U.S. troop levels are to drop to 8,600 from about 13,000 in the four to five months following Saturday’s signing. The withdrawal of all remaining forces, within 14 months, will depend on the Taliban meeting certain counter-terrorism conditions, compliance that will be assessed by the United States.

This war has led many people to deaths. Both parties have killed many in these long 18 years of war.

Where did this agreement take place?

This ceremony held between Taliban leaders and Mike Pompeo (U.S. Secretary of State) along with Zalmay Khalilzad (U.S. envoy), it held in 5 star hotel of Doha, Qatar.

How did this war start?

It all started with a response to an incident of 9/11 which shook the world. Mr. Bush (George W Bush) ordered to invade Afghanistan and sent U.S troops and forces.
