Things to do to spend your time at home when you are in self quarantine!
World’s top health experts are saying to minimize your social contact with other people and try to stay away from the people who are sick especially with cold or flu.
WHO (world Health Organization) has announced this as global epidemic, which has infected 168000 (and counting) with 6610 (and counting) deaths. This number is the one which was reported, GOD knows how many did not even report it.
While the whole world is locking down and governments asking their people to isolate for sometime till the virus (Covid19) slows down. God bless all of you.
But in this hard time when you are on long vacations here is the list of things you can do while sitting at home;
- Take good sleep
- Feed yourself by self cooking
- Work from home
- Learn some new skill online
- Watch movies on netflix or anyother service provider
- Gardening and exercising
- Organizing things in your room.
- Clean stuff (cars etc)
- Spend quality time with your family
- Talk to your best friend from school on video call
- Take care of yourself and people around you

Take good sleep:
It is highly recommended to take good night sleep to increase immune system of the body. As in school we were taught
Early to Bed, Early to rise, make a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
Staying at home does not mean to disturb your daily life healthy routine by sleeping late at night and waking up early etc.
Feed yourself by self cooking:
Tell me when was the last time you cooked for your mother or children? Staying home due to covid19 means to learn new recipe and cook for you your family.
Work from home:
As you are home due to locked down outside, you should work from home to make good number in your company or you can also freelance to earn some extra dollars.
Passive income is always healthy for your monthly expenses.
Learn some new skill online:
You can learn anything, you name it and it is available on youtube for free. Make your time productive and learn some new skill.
Watch movies on netflix or any other service provider:
Watch cartoon with your daughter/son or any child in your house. play with them or you can also start new series. Netflix is full of option with every genre.
Gardening and exercising:
Have garden? plant some trees or clean the existing ones, if not why not do some yoga at house? It will keep you fit mentally and physically.
Organizing things in your room:
Organize things in your study room, bedroom and clean up stuff and reorganize it.
Clean stuff (cars etc):
Wash your car and throw out the stuff not needed anymore.
Spend quality time with your family:
Talk to your family, ask them things, take care of them and have some good breakfasts and dinners.
Talk to your best friend from school on video call:
It always feel good to talk an old friend and ask them how are they doing. People need people. You will feel relaxed and blessed after talking to an old friend.
Take care of yourself and people around you:
Wash hands, take more warm drinks and avoid cold. Do not panic and keep asking people around you if they feel fine, in case they don’t, take them to nearest doctor.
