Is it positive thing?
Well Isn’t it positive thing to control all the illegal digital activities? It will be easier to find and block such people and such content.
Why would these companies open their offices here, is it reasonable?

Offices of these websites will benefit Pakistan to build international confidence and may be big opportunity for job creation.
